Case-Carburized & ground optimized gear sets in each stage provides a power dense solution to increase capabilities in retrofits or reduce envelope dimensions in new machinery. By wrapping these high performance gear sets into our innovative and modular service friendly split case housing, you have six sides of precision to base your mount. Available in a wide array of hollow, shrink, shaft, flange, hub and made-to-order outputs we can drive your load anyway you wish. On the input side, we offer, Close coupled, Gear coupled, Hydraulic coupled, and shaft inputs standard for a wide variety of standard solutions. We can provide torque-arm, rails, piggybacks or other motor/reducer mounting packages to suit your needs.

Universal Case Design - machined on six sides.
Gears: Case Carburized, quenched, and ground 16CrNi4, 20CrNi4, 18NiCrMo5, or 20MnCr5 UNI 7845-78.
Solid Output shafts manufactured in 39NiCrMo3 Uni7845-78.
Input shafts are made of 16CrNi4, 20MnCr5 or 39NiCrMo3 Uni 7845-78.
Bearings: Precision Tapered Roller - ISO Grade Manufactured of 52100 Vacuum Degassed Steels.
Tested for Noise, fit, and finish. ISO 9001 production.
Ratio (i) = 4.39 to 4839/1 in standard gear sets- near unlimited possibilities available.
